The website "anazvara.com" is published by the company ANAIS SIBA, a simplified joint-stock company with its registered office at 14, rue Cognacq Jay, 75007 Paris. It is identified in the INSEE directory under the number 750 824 674, with an intracommunity VAT number FR7582467422. These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on the website www.anazvara.com and define the rights and obligations of ANAIS SIBA and the Customer.
ANAIS SIBA reserves the right to change these conditions at any time without notice. The applicable version of the general terms and conditions of sale for any transaction is the one displayed on the website www.anazvara.com at the time of the order. The version of the applicable general terms and conditions for the order can be retained by the Customer.
Client
The Customer declares to be a natural person, at least 18 years old, and to have the legal capacity or parental authorization to place an order on the site.
Orders
Orders are exclusively placed on the website. The order confirmation, summarizing the order details, constitutes the legal sales contract between the Customer and www.anazvara.com. It can only be challenged within the limits specified in the general terms and conditions. Placing an order implies an unconditional acceptance of the general terms and conditions. The order confirmation validated by the Customer will be sent to them via email. The Customer explicitly accepts the use of email for order confirmation by ANAIS SIBA.
ANAIS SIBA reserves the right to refuse orders from a Customer with whom there is a dispute or incident related to the payment of a previous order.
Availability
Les offres de produits et prix sont valables dans la limite des stocks disponibles, hors opérations promotionnelles. Les ventes sont conclues sous réserve de la disponibilité effective des produits. Dans l’éventualité où un produit commandé se révélerait indisponible, le Client en sera informé par e-mail. La commande sera automatiquement annulée et remboursée.
Prices and Payment Terms
Product prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes for metropolitan France, excluding shipping costs. Shipping costs will be calculated and indicated in the shopping cart.
If a price error occurs, we reserve the right to confirm the purchase of the product at the correct price or cancel the order. We are not obligated to sell a product at an incorrect price, even if the order confirmation has already been sent. ANAIS SIBA reserves the right to change prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of order registration, subject to availability.
Payment Method
Orders are paid by credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, other credit cards) or PayPal in a fully secure space provided by the bank.
The card will be debited on the day of the effective order.
Delivery
Packages are generally shipped within 7 days after payment is received. They are shipped via Colissimo with a tracking number and delivered without a signature.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging fees as well as postage. Preparation fees are fixed, while transport fees vary depending on the total weight of the package. It is recommended to group all items in one order. Two separately placed orders cannot be combined, and shipping fees apply to each. The package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is given to fragile items.
The delivery address is provided by the Customer at the time of the order. Delivery cannot be made to hotels or PO boxes. ANAIS SIBA disclaims all responsibility for delivery delays or loss if an incomplete or incorrect address is provided or if the merchandise is not collected within the specified period.
If an order includes multiple items, delivery may be made in one or more packages. In the case of multiple deliveries, the customer will be informed of each shipment via an email confirmation with the associated tracking number.
ANAIS SIBA cannot be held responsible for consequences due to a delivery delay not caused by them.
In the case of an unusually long delivery time, the Customer can contact customer service via the email address "contact@anazvara.com" to open an investigation with the carrier. No refund or replacement of products can be made before the investigation is closed (3 weeks to 1 month).
In the case of damaged products, the Customer must immediately notify the carrier and ANAIS SIBA upon delivery.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with articles L.121-20 and following of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 working days from the date of delivery to return any product in its original packaging and in perfect condition (unworn, unwashed) for exchange or refund without penalty. The Customer must also include a copy of the invoice or other document identifying the order and its holder.
The return must be made by tracked parcel serving as proof of the return, and the shipping costs are borne by the customer.
If the package is lost or damaged during the product return, the cost of the damage is the responsibility of the Customer.
ANAIS SIBA will refund the Customer any sums already paid, excluding shipping costs.
Refund
Product refunds will be made by ANAIS SIBA within a maximum of 30 days after receiving the package. The refund will be made using the same payment method chosen by the Customer at the time of the order or by issuing a voucher.
Intellectual and Industrial Property
All illustrations, images, characters, presentation methods, and graphics on the site are and remain the exclusive property of ANAIS SIBA or the rights holders who have granted ANAIS SIBA an exploitation right. Any reproduction, representation, or use of these rights by a Customer constitutes a fault subject to legal action.
Products
Anazvara cannot be held responsible for the improper use and wear of the product (scratches, breakage, chain color change, etc.). To preserve the brilliance of the jewelry, it is recommended to avoid contact with water, moisture, and perfume. Our jewelry is not toys; they are prohibited for children under 5 years old. Parents must exercise caution in using the product.
Content Sharing
By posting your photos on social networks with the #anazvara, you give permission to ANAIS SIBA to use and host this photo on www.anazvara.com, as well as on the boutique's social networks (facebook, twitter, instagram, etc.). However, you can request to remove your photo by contacting customer service directly.
Information, Freedom, and Personal Data Protection
The information and data collected by ANAIS SIBA during the registration or order of the Customer are strictly necessary for order management and may be communicated in whole or in part to ANAIS SIBA's service providers involved in order execution. This data may also be collected by an organization responsible for analyzing orders and combating credit card fraud. In accordance with the Data Protection Act No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, the Customer has the right to access, rectify, oppose, and delete data concerning them. Applicable Law
The contract formed by accepting these General Terms and Conditions of Sale when placing an order is subject to French law. The language of this contract is French. In case of dispute, French courts will have sole jurisdiction. In case of a complaint following an order, the Customer can contact customer service to find an amicable solution.
